Got this from a friend; I got a recipe from the Beverly Lewis cookbook and modified it, because I was putting the mix into a small canister.


List of Ingredients




2 cups powdered milk
1 cup baker's cocoa
1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
One cup sugar (I use splenda)
2 T cinnamon or other additives of your choice


Recipe



Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight container. I added two tablespoons cinnamon so that it would be more like a Mexican hot cocoa.

To make single servings, use at least two teaspoons or more in a cup of hot water.
