***DEB'S FAVORITE COCOA MIX
My favorite hot cocoa recipe makes a lot but it doesn't take long before it's all gone and you are making more mix.

1 box of dry milk...8 quart size
1 lb box of Nestle's Quick
1 box of powdered sugar
1 22 oz jar of dry coffee creamer

Mix well and I use about 3 tablespoons in a cup of hot water. Deb

MARE'S FAVORITE COCOA MIX
here is my favorite instant hot cocoa mix...
1 lb. instant non-fat dry milk
3/4 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Sift together and store in a jar with a tight lid.

This is how you make it:
Put 1/3 cup cocoa mix into a mug. Stir in a little water to make a paste. Carefully fill cup with boiling water (add 1/4 tsp. vanilla if desired). Stir slowly and enjoy. Add marshmallows or whipped cream.
