Recipe Introduction


This is the recipe we use. We made this and gave it as gifts for this past Christmas. It got rave reviews. Dawn in NH


List of Ingredients




5 cups dry, powdered nonfat milk- ground fine in the blender
7 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
2 cups powdered creamer
2 cups cocoa, sifted
1 pkg (3.8 oz) instant chocolate pudding (dry)
- optional but adds richness

Recipe



Grind the powdered milk fine in the blender, it will dissolve better in the finished mix. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Store in airtight containers. Makes a large amount.

To use: Place 3 slightly rounded Tbl. in mug. Add boiling water (approx 3/4- 1 cup). Stir well. Enjoy. Can add mini marshmallows if desired. We store it in gallon ziploc baggies. For richer cocoa use hot milk.
