    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sour cream

    FILLING:
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. butterscotch chips
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    TOPPING:
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Drizzle:
    1/3 c. butter, melted, to drizzle over topping

    Grease and lightly flour a 9x13" pan. Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat 30 seconds. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir into butter mixture, alternating with sour cream. Stir together well to combine but do not over-beat. Spread 1/2 of batter into the bottom of the prepared pan. Next, spread the filling on top of the batter in pan, then top with the rest of the batter. Sprinkle topping mixture over the batter. Drizzle the melted butter over all. Bake 55-60 minutes at 350°F. Makes 14 to 16 servings.

Stir together well to combine but do not overbeat. Spread 1/2 of batter into the bottoms of 2 greased and lightly floured pans (1/4 of the batter for each pan bottom layer). Next, in each pan, spread a layer of filler, then top with other half of batter. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 pans 9 x 5 x 3 inches, 14 to 16 servings.
