    1 package (18.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
    1 egg
    1 cup lemon-lime soda
    Confectioners' sugar for topping

    Recipe



    1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Coat a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the confectioners' sugar; mix well and pour into the baking dish.

    3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

    4. Let cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, slice and serve.
