I have no idea who Belle was, but her recipe has been a family favorite for several generations!

List of Ingredients




1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, or garlic powder to taste
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 t oregano
8 oz sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
small bag of macaroni



Recipe



Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, brown the hamburger (drain if necessary) adding the salt, pepper and garlic. Stir in the tomato sauce. Add oregano. Stir in the sour cream and cream cheese. When macaroni is done, drain and add to hamburger mixture.
