Tuna Noodle Casserole

1 box pasta
2 6-ounce cans of tuna, drained
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to directions, drain. In large pot, melt butter. Stir in flour, make a thick paste. Add milk and pepper. Stir and cook until bubbling and thickening. Add cooked pasta and tuna to sauce. Stir in shredded mozzarella. Pour into greased 9x13" casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
