    The horseradish and dry mustard will add quite a "bite", so taste as you go...I like mine hot.

    List of Ingredients




    1 (10 oz) jar pineapple or apricot preserves
    1 (10 oz) jar apple jelly
    1/3 cup prepared horseradish (to taste)
    1/4 cup dry mustard (Coleman's)
    2 teaspoons Cracked black pepper

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in food processor and pulse until mixed or mix by hand. Spoon into clean glass jars. Cover and refrigerate - keeps great. Serve over cream cheese with crackers - great as a dipping sauce for egg rolls.
