    1/2 pound butter (no substitute)
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans
    Graham crackers to cover bottom of your pan

    Recipe



    Spray bottom of jelly-roll pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place graham crackers side by side to cover bottom of pan. Boil butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Add pecans and pour over top of crackers.

    Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until top is bubbling hard. Remove from oven and run a knife between crackers and around edges before it cools. Remove from pan and enjoy.
