1-1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups miniature marshmallows
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, butter and vanilla in large bowl and beat until crumbly. Press in a 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes until very light golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with miniature marshmallows. Return to oven and bake 1-2 minutes longer until the marshmallows begin to puff. Remove from oven.
While bars are baking, combine corn syrup, butter and peanut butter chips in a large saucepan. Heat until melted and smooth, stirring frequently. Stir in cereal and salted peanuts and immediately pour over the hot bars. Spread gently to cover. Cool and cut into 36 bars.
