2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. mashed ripe banana (1 large)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat

peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in sugars until blended. Beat in banana, egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Drop on cookie sheets. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy.
