    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. milk (1%)
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 c. oatmeal
    pinch of salt
    (no flour in recipe)

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 325°F. Let cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack or plate. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
