    List of Ingredients




    1 cup butter or margarine
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs -- well beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup coconut
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
    2 cups rice krispies

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add flour which has been sifted with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add oatmeal, rice krispies, and coconut. Dough is quite crumbly. Mold with hands into small balls the size of a walnut. Place on greased cookie sheet and press slightly with fork and bake in 350°F. oven for 8-12 minutes or until slightly golden.
