List of Ingredients




1/2 cup butter(softened)
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp soda
2/3 cup toffee bits
1/4 cup coconut

Recipe



Cream together butter, white and brown sugar. Add egg and beat well. Then add peanut butter and vanilla mix well. Add flour and soda, beat to incorporate then stir in toffee bits and coconut. Chill for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a cookie scoop to place dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until edges just start to brown. Makes: 2 1/2 dozen.
