Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treat For One

1 t peanut butter
2/3 C miniature marshmallows
3/4 C Rice Krispies cereal



Recipe



In a medium bowl, microwave the peanut butter and marshmallows. Stir until smooth. Mix in the cereal with a rubber spatula. Lightly spray a small bowl (I used a small square tupperware) and press the Rice Krispies treat into the bowl. Let rest for 1-2 minutes. Use a small spatula to pop the Krispies Treat out of its mold. It should release easily.
