I tried this recipe from an Amish woman in Kentucky. WOW, this homemade strawberry pudding will knock your socks off. Kevin

List of Ingredients




1 small. pkg. vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. strawberry Jello
20 ounces of fresh or frozen strawberries (thawed)
3 c. Cool Whip
2 c. cold milk
1 box vanilla wafers
1 c. sour cream

Recipe



Mix Jello and strawberries in saucepan. Heat until Jello dissolves. Cool completely. Mix pudding and milk and beat 2 minutes. Add Cool Whip, sour cream and mix thoroughly. Layer bowl with vanilla wafers. Add pudding mixture, then strawberry mixture. Repeat layers and refrigerate.
