Tuna and deviled eggs are not exactly "gourmet" foods, but when prepared with that little bit of liquid smoke ~~~ zowie!!!

Several years ago I went to a bridal shower at a friend's house. She served dainty little tuna sandwiches (no crusts and fancy bread). They tasted unusually good so I asked her how she made them. She told me all she did was use white tuna (albacore) and add a few drops of liquid smoke flavoring to the mayonnaise, and added a little bit of grated onion, salt and pepper, and that was it.
She did the same thing with the deviled eggs, and it made all the difference. Zowie!
