3/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin (1/3 envelope)
3/4 can frozen fruit juice concentrate, thawed


Recipe



Combine cold water with gelatin in small pan. Warm the water over medium heat, stirring until gelatin melts. Remove from heat. Place concentrate in 2 cup measure. Mix remainder to drink. Stir in melted gelatin. Pour mixture into 6 (2 oz.) molds. Seal and freeze until firm.
