Mix all four ingredients for the crust, put into round pie dish. Layer cottage cheese over bottom of the spaghetti crust. Cook ground beef, peppers, and onions. Add spaghetti sauce and heat. Put beef mixture over cottage cheese thats in the spaghetti crust. Bake at 350 for 20mins. Sprinkle cheese over it and bake for additional 5 mins.

    2] SPAGHETTI PIE
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 tablespoon butter
