Impossible Pumpkin Pecan Pie

Origin: Betty Crocker Cookbook #144
List of Ingredients
1 c Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Pumpkin pie spice
2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
15 oz Pumpkin, canned (not pie fill)
12 oz Evaporated milk
3/4 c Pecans, chopped
Spiced Topping
1 1/2 c Whipped topping, thawed
1/4 ts Pumpkin pie spice
Recipe
Heat oven to 350. Grease 10" pie plate. Stir all ingredients excepts pecans and Spiced topping until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie plate. Bake uncovered 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Mix topping ingredients until smooth and serve with the pie. Refrigerate any remaining pie.
