    Impossibly Easy TunaTomato & Cheddar Pie

    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
    1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
    1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
    1 cup milk
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 eggs
    1 medium tomato, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 400F. Spray 9" pie plate with cooking spray. In 10" skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Sprinkle tuna, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the onion in pie plate.

    2 In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients except tomato with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.

    3 Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with tomato slices and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

    Create a Tuna Melt Pie. Use 2 tablespoons butter or margarine instead of 1 tablespoon, and substitute 1 cup cubed prepared cheese product loaf (4 oz) for the shredded Cheddar cheese.
