2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. cut-up candied cherries


Recipe



Combine eggs, oil and pumpkin with 1/3 cup water. Sift dry ingredients together. Beat into pumpkin mixture. Stir in nuts and cherries. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
