Hot Dog Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
1 can (12 oz.) beer
3 T. chili powder
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. prepared mustardRecipe
Combine beef and onion in skillet; cook until meat is no longer pink; drain off fat.
Add beer and chili powder; simmer 8 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, ketchup and mustard; stir well.
At this point it may be finished in the skillet or placed in a crockpot on LOW for 3 hours.
Serve over hotdogs.
