    Proof that making mint candies is easy. For other flavors just use the appropriate extract and coloring.

    List of Ingredients




    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 tsp. butter flavoring
    1/8 tsp. peppermint extract
    1 pound confectioners' sugar, sifted
    few drops food coloring (of choice)

    Recipe



    In medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed mix all except food coloring. Add food coloring, by drops, until you get color you like. Mixture will be dry - knead it gently to soften. Roll into small balls and slightly flatten with fingers. Place finished mints in plastic bag and refrigerate.
