    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs Ground Chuck
    1/4 c. minced garlic
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 small bag of tater tots
    2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    3 cups of milk (as long as it is soupy in the pan)
    2 cups of Mexican style shredded cheese

    Recipe



    Cook the ground chuck with the garlic and onions, then drain. Place into a 9x13 inch cake pan. Place the tater tots over the beef mixture. In a medium size bowl, place the two cans of cream of mushroom soup and milk. Mix well. Then pour over the tater tots. (Make sure there is enough liquid of the milk mixture or it will be too dry) Spread the Mexican style shredded cheese evenly all over on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. until the cheese just begins to brown. Serve with pride.
