    This is a very tasty banana bread that you can feel good about eating, because it is LOW-FAT!


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/4 cup flour
    • 1 2/3 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 2/3 cup skim milk
    • 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
    • 2 TBSP vegetable oil
    • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 2/3 cup egg whites
    • 1 1/4 cup mashed ripe bananas


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray loaf or muffin pans.
    2. Mix all wet ingredients.
    3. Mix all dry ingredients.

    4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat on high 3 minutes.
    5. Add dark chocolate chips or nuts, if desired.
    6. Bake 50 - 60 minutes for a loaf pan or 20 - 25 minutes for muffins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    7. Makes 2 loaves or a bunch of muffins.
