    Recipe Introduction

These are simple and REALLY good. Super fast too, if you have a stand mixer.

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 1 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 3/4 cups flour
    • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • cinnamon & sugar

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    2. Throw the butter into the bowl of your mixer. Turn it on.
    3. Toss in the sugar and eggs.
    4. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    5. SLOWLY add it to the mixer that is still on. You may want to turn it down to the slowest speed, or you will be cleaning the cabinets.
    6. Roll into small (or large) balls.
    7. Roll the balls in the cinnamon & sugar mixture.
    8. Put 'em on the pan and bake for 8 - 10 minutes. (I bake them only 8 minutes so they will be soft and chewy.)

    Final Comments

Grab a cold glass of milk and eat them right out of the oven!
