    1 can Black-Eyed Peas
    1 can Pinto Beans
    1 can Shoepeg Corn
    1 small jar Pimento
    1 small Onion (chopped)
    1 Green Pepper (chopped)
    MARINADE
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp water
    1/4 cup oil
    3/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar
    Serve With:
    Frito Scoop Chips

    * Pour Marinade over the ingredients above for 2 hours
    * Drain & Serve w/ Frito Scoops
