    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 T. milk
    1/2 t. almond extract

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed of electric mixer until well blended and very smooth. Put some frosting in a separate bowl and add food coloring.Fill into a plastic sandwich bag and cut the corner off.Use to write letters like "Happy Birthday"
