Cheesy Hashbrowns

1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup melted butter
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and mix well.Cook in a crockpot until bubbly and thouroughly cooked.Could also be cooked in the oven (covered) at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
