    1 large onion (chopped)
    1 bunch of celery (chopped)
    2 packages spicy sausage
    1 bag seasoned croutons (for stuffing)
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup water

    Recipe



    Saute onion and celery in butter.Mix all but water.Bake at 350 degrees for one hour (adding water periodically).
