Spinach and Artichoke Dip

16 oz. cream cheese
4.5 oz. fresh spinach
white wine
oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. sun-dried tomatoes
1 can artichokes (chopped)
1 c. red and white onions (chopped)
Recipe
Saute spinach in wine and a little oil. Put in a bowl. Boil tomatoes for 3 minutes then drain and chop. Combine all ingredients and put in a small crockpot and cook until creamy (about 2 hours).
