    Pasta with Lentils, Sausage and Tomatoes

    1 tsp olive oil
    2-3 links hot Italian turkey sausage, casings removed and crumbled
    2 1/4 cup Progresso Lentil soup
    1 14 1/2 pz can diced tomatoes, drained
    1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    12 oz fusilli

    Recipe



    Heat oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Add lentil soup and tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 10 minutes. Stir in basil, salt and pepper. Toss with cooked pasta and serve.
