Mozzarella and Tomato Panini with Prosci

1 loaf Italian Bread
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced
8 fresh basil leaves
12 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
12 ounces prosciutto, sliced
Recipe
Directions:
Cut bread in half, lengthwise. Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil on outside of bread. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and pepper. Brush mixture on inside of bread. Layer with tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and prosciutto. Place on heated grill plan and press with panini press and cook until crisp and golden brown. Serve immediately.
