    Recipe Introduction


    Crockpot recipe. Prepare the night before and start in the morning.

    List of Ingredients




    2-1/2 pound roast beef or chuck roast, cut into cubes
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cups catsup

    2 Tablespoons sugar
    2 Tablespoons vinegar
    1 Tablespoon dry mustard (do NOT use prepared mustard)

    Recipe



    Place first 4 ingredients in crockpot. Set temperature to low. Leave for about 6 hours. One hour before serving, add the last 3 ingredients.

    When beef is tender remove from pot and shred with fork. Return to pot and let cook for 30 minutes to reheat.

    Serve on buns.

    Makes approximately 10 sandwiches.
