    Chocolate Éclair Cake

    Box of graham crackers
    2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding
    3 cups of milk
    9 oz. of Cool Whip
    Can of chocolate frosting

    Spray 13 x 9 or similar dish with Pam.

    Line bottom of pan with whole graham crackers (you will need to break some to completely cover the bottom of the dish) and set aside.

    Mix vanilla pudding with cold milk, fold in Cool Whip

    Pour ½ of pudding mixture over graham crackers, layer again with graham crackers.

    Pour remaining pudding on second layer of crackers.

    Top with third layer of graham crackers

    Frost with a can of chocolate frosting.

    Garnish with strawberries if desired.
