    2-4 servings
    2 T-bone steaks (12 ounces each)

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

    1 tablespoon chopped garlic

    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


    1. Season the steaks on both sides with the salt and pepper. Using a large skillet or grill pan, brown the steaks over medium-high heat for2 to 3 minutes per side, in batches if necessary.

    2. Remove the pan from the heat for 1 minute; reduce the heat to low. Add the butter, garlic, and parsley. Cook the steaks for 1 to 2 more minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

    Serve immediately
