    Quick Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    4 eggs
    ½ c. vegetable oil
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding mix
    1 c. water
    ¼ c. poppy seeds

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 2-8x4 inch loaf pans.

    In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding mix, water and poppy seeds. Spread batter into two greased loaf pans.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
