    1 c Sugar
    1/2 c Water
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Vanilla
    2 1/2 cups pecans

    Recipe



    Combine in pan and cook over medium heat to thread stage the following. Sugar, water, cinnamon and
    salt. Remove from heat, add vanilla and pecans. Stir until pecans are coated and mix is creamy. Put
    onto greased plate and separate pecans as they cool.
