Broccoli Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 (10 oz) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli-precook this in the microwave according to pkg. directions
1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 large onion, diced
1 (16 oz) container sour cream-use only 3/4 of this, not the whole container
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of broccoli soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 (6 oz.) pkg. herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter, melted
Recipe
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) In a large bowl, mix together broccoli, corn, and onions. Stir in sour cream, soup,1 c. cheddar cheese. In a separate bowl, toss together stuffing and melted butter. Spread broccoli mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and spread with stuffing.
3) Bake in oven for 30 min. or until heated through and browned on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake additional 5 min.
