Creamed Corn Casserole

2 cans (17oz. each) cream-style corn
1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
Recipe
MIX all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9-inch square baking dish. BAKE at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
(may be micro waved for 15 minutes on high instead of baked)
Serves 6
Note: I used Green Giant creamed corn, baked it in a round casserole dish and did not use the nutmeg.
