    List of Ingredients

    SNAPPLE ICED TEA

    2 quarts (8 cups) water
3 Lipton tea bags (orange pekoe and pekoe cut black tea blend)
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice

    1. Boil the water in a large saucepan over high heat.
    2. When the water comes to a rapid boil, turn off the heat, put the tea bags
    into the water, and cover.
    3. After the tea has steeped about 1 hour, pour the sugar into a 2-quart
pitcher, then add the tea. The tea should still be warm, so the sugar will
    dissolve easily.
    4. Add the lemon juice. Chill.

    ORANGE JULIUS

    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup water
1/4 cup egg white (or egg beaters)
    3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 heaping cup ice

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 15-30
    seconds.
    Makes 2 drinks.
    Tidbits
The original recipe here and in the books includes real egg white, but, after
many suggestions from readers I have replaced that with 1/4 cup egg
substitute, which is mostly egg white and does a great job of making the drink foamy.
If you like, you can instead use 2 tablespoons of the drink foam product
Frothee. This is available in many supermarket liquor sections or in liquor stores.
Or, if it's all you've got available, you can still use 1 egg white from a
large egg as originally specified in the recipe

    Starbucks Frappucino

    Ingredients:
1/2 C. Strong Coffee - espresso if you can
    2 C. Milk
    1/4 - 1/3 C. Sugar
    1 1/2 C. Ice

    Preparation:
Combine all in a blender and blend well.

    Starbucks Frappucino II

    Ingredients:
    1/2 C. milk
    1/2 C. condensed milk
    2 C. Ice (approximately)
    1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cocoa mix (Carnation instant cocoa mix)
1 Tbsp. Vanilla syrup (coffee syrup)
2 shots espresso = 1/4 cup strong coffee

    Preparation:
Fill glass (intended to drink from) with ice. Combine milk and condensed milk
in separate container. Pour 'milks' into glass over ice, up to 3/4 full. Now
add remainder of into glass of milk and ice. Pour into blender and mix on high
until completely blended. This should be enough for one serving.

    ROZ'S FRAPPICCINO

COFFEE MIXTURE: (enough to make 4 drinks)
    2 Cups boiling hot water
    8 pkgs sweet n low
    8 heaping tsp. creamora
4 heaping tsp. Decaf instant coffee

keep refrigerated in covered jar till ready to use

    TO MAKE A SINGLE SERVING:

    Pour 1 / 2 cup of the coffee mixture(above) into a glass
    Then add:
    1 1 / 4 cup skim milk
    6 Cubes of Ice
    Shake or stir well

    Orange Julius.

    Ingredients:
    2/3 C. orange juice concentrate
    1 C. water
    1 C. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 C. powdered sugar
6 ice cubes (approx 1 1/2 cups ice)

    Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until smooth.
    Servings: 8 - 1/2 cups

    Hints:
If you already have premixed orange juice, use 1 2/3 cups of that
instead of the concentrate and water. If your ice cubes are from a tray, you
may want to pre-crush them a bit as the ice blends better if it isn't in too
    large of pieces.

    1 CUP POWDERED CREAMER
1 CUP POWDERED CHOCOLATE MILK MIX

    1 1/2 Tsp Cloves -- whole
    2 Sticks Cinnamon
    Orange Slices

Put all ingredients in crock-pot. If desired, tie whole spices in cheesecloth
or put in tea strainer. If spices

    RASPBERRY HOT CHOCOLATE
3 cups instant hot cocoa mix
1 pkg unsweetened raspberry Kool-Aid (0.13 oz size)

    Blend together well.
Use 2 heaping tablespoons to 1 cup hot water.

    Starbucks Chai

    1/2 cup honey
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground cardamom
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves (I use less because I don't like too strong a clove
    taste)
1/2 tsp ground ginger (or a mashed small chunk of fresh)

Bring water and milk to a boil. Add other ingredients, return to boil. Turn
    off
heat and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags then filter through fine
