    My husband hates spinach! He thinks this is wonderful!

    List of Ingredients




    2 packages frozen chopped spinach
    2 8oz. packages cream cheese
    1/4 lb. softened butter
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Microwave spinach until just done. Drain very well (I squeeze it out in paper towels placed in a bath towel) Mix spinach with cream cheese, butter and salt. Put in baking dish. Cover with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
