    Amish Cheesy Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes - diced then cooked
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheeze
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    paprika

    Recipe

    Mix first seven ingredients.
    Put in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
