    -1 qt. Sauerkraut
    -1 green pepper
    -1 sm. Onion
    -1 c. celery
    -1 sm. jar pimentos
    -1 1/2 c.. sugar
    -1/2 c. salad oil
    -2/3 c. vinegar
    -1/3 c. water

    Recipe



    -Rinse and drain sauerkraut.
    -Chop green pepper, onion and celery.
    -Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and water; stir to dissolve sugar.
    -Add chopped vegetables, sauerkraut and pimentos.
    -Marinate overnight.
    -Drain before serving.
