List of Ingredients
1 dozen large eggs
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. yellow prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. freshly gound black pepper
Paprika for garnish
Recipe
Hard cook the eggs.
When cool enough to handle, peel and cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop the yolks into a bowl and add the vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mash together to mix well.
Spoon this mixture back into the egg whites and dust with paprika to look pretty.
