Cajun Fried Green Tomatoes with Parmesan Cream Sauce

List of Ingredients
Fried Green Tomatoes:
1 cup flour
1-1/2 Tbs of cayenne Pepper( used less)
2 Tbs paprika
2-1/2 Tbs granulated garlic ( used garlic powder)
1 Tbs each salt and pepper ( used less of both)
1 egg lightly beaten ( used egg white only and mixed with a little water)
Cream Sauce:
1-1/2 cups of heavy cream
1/4 cup parm cheese
Recipe
Fried Green Tomatoes:
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Dip the tomato slice into the egg then into the flour mixture to coat. Set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add enough oil to halfway cover the tomato slices. Heat the oil to 325-350. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes per side.
NOTE:
I sauted the tomatoes in a little olive oil/butter combination~ Very crispy~
Cream Sauce:
Heat both ingredients until boiling. Stir and place a ladle of sauce to each plate and top with fried tomato slices. Serves 5
