    Fried Dill Pickles

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup cornmeal
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 2 1/4 cups flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    • 3/4 tsp. pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. Mrs Dash seasoning
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    • 3/4 tsp. cayenne
    • 1 Qt. sliced drained dill pickles
    • Oil for frying
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In one bowl combine 2 eggs, 1/4 cup flour, milk, worcestershire, hot sauce, cayenne, Mrs Dash, and garlic powder. Mix Well

    2. In another bowl combine the cornmeal, 2 cups of flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.

    3. Heat oil in fryer to 350.

    4. Dip drained pickles into milk mixture; then dredge in flour mix.

    5. Deep fry until golden or pickles float to the top.

    6. Salt and pepper to taste.
