Crescent Sausage Pizza Ring

List of Ingredients

-2 pkg. crescent rolls
-1 lb Italian Sausage
-chopped onions
-1-2 cups shredded Pizza Blend Cheese
-1 egg
-1 cup Pizza Sauce
-1 4oz can mushroom pieces drained
-1-2 Tbls. Grated Parmesan Cheese


Recipe

Using a 12" pizza pan, arrange the crescent rolls in a ring, with the pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan; and the wide ends overlapping.

-Cook sausage and onions and drain.

-Combine all of the remaining ingredients except the parmesan cheese, blend in the sausage mixture and spoon over the wide ends of the rolls.

-Sprinkle the Parmesan Cheese on top of meat mixture.

-Fold points over the filling; and tuck under wide ends.

-Filling will be visible.

-Bake @ 375 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

-Transfer carefully to a decorative platter.
