List of Ingredients

-8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
-4 oz can green chili peppers, drained and chopped
-8 oz Monterey Jack shredded cheese
-3 eggs, slightly beaten..




Recipe

-Layer in an 8X8 square baking dish in order..
-Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
-Cool slightly before cutting into small squares.
-Serve with crackers.
